This weekend Darwin will play host to the  National Indigenous Music Awards and we can’t wait to see who takes home an award.

The NIMAS are recognised as one of Australia’s most prominent Indigenous music awards and they have been celebrating Australian music for 11 years!

Performing at this years NIMAS is an amazing lineup including  East Journey ft Yothu Yindi performing ‘The Genesis Project’, Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu premiering songs from The Gospel Album, Blekbala Mujik, Frank Yamma, B2M (Bathurst to Melville), The Painted Ladies with members of The Medics and triple J Unearthed winner Zane Francis.

The Live Music Office would like to congratulate all the finalists and wish them all success on the night of the 25th July at the Darwin Amphitheater!
