In 2018 the Municipal Association of Victoria have released their Live Music Toolkit.
MAV CEO Kerry Thompson said
“ Through consultation with councils, the MAV identified that councils found the vast information available on this topic overwhelming.
We believe the Live Music Toolkit for Local Government is a practical resource that will increase council’s ability to strategically leverage the arts and give the industry an understanding of which government and council departments are responsible for what”
